APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be booked online THROUGH VAGARO
ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT THE CONSENT FORM BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT.
A card is required to be on file.
The card is NOT charged unless client cancels after 24 hour cancellation or No-Shows.

SCHEDULE YOUR WAX

POLICIES

A non-refundable Booking Retainer is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your service total.
Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 24 hours' notice. Your Booking Retainer will transfer to your new appointment.
Cancellations, additional reschedules, reschedules made within 24 hours, and no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your Booking Retainer.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of total services.

No extra guests
No inappropriate behavior - disrespect will NOT be tolerated
